Founded in 1996 by Varinder Singh, CEO of the Mangat Group of Companies, the company began its journey in Arizona and has grown to establish a significant footprint across multiple industries, notably in real estate development and hospitality. With COO Vikas Sharma's expertise, Mangat Hospitality has expanded through a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate, new construction, retail management, and hotel operations.

Today, Mangat Hospitality employs 78 dedicated professionals and drives an annual turnover exceeding $15 million. The company also operates the full-service Virtual Back Office Company, supporting over 200 small businesses with backend operations in accounting, payroll, hiring, and tax filing. Leveraging a robust infrastructure, Mangat Hospitality remains committed to delivering operational efficiency and tailored support to businesses of all sizes.

Mangat Hospitality’s in-house departments specialize in accounting, human resources, and process management. The company’s skilled teams utilize cutting-edge technology to optimize revenue management, reconciliations, and the complete HR cycle, from employee onboarding to training and career advancement. Growth in Hospitality

In 2017, Mangat Hospitality marked its entry into the hospitality industry by acquiring the Country Inn & Suites North Austin, a property previously experiencing significant revenue decline. Through targeted process improvements, consistent training, and dedicated management efforts, the team transformed the hotel’s performance, growing revenue from $1.6 million to $2.4 million within five years, with a projected increase to $2.7 million in the coming year.

Encouraged by this success, Mangat Hospitality has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of a Marriott-branded property in Temple-Belton. With Marriott’s strong reputation and commitment to quality, Mangat Hospitality aims to foster growth in the hospitality sector, continuing to develop successful ventures for staff, stakeholders, and investors alike.
